- Volunteers –Check your email. We sent out an invitation from Jess Heitman to volunteer to help on the event setup. Contact Jess at jessheitmanauto@gmail.com he needs some help on Thursday July 8 at 6:00 and 10:00AM. One of the perks are a free 3-day ticket to the race weekend. He is looking for 5 volunteers.
- Car Corral – we’ll have a designated area in the track’s infield where we can park our beauties and use as a base camp for various of the day’s festivities. While you can park there all three days, we’ll only be setting up the MHMC area – Complete with brand new canopy! -- on Saturday and Sunday until mid-afternoon or so.
- Race fans – there will be plenty of racing for all but the most avid among us, and maybe even for them!
- Car nuts – the other groups in the Car Corral frequently provide some pretty darned good ogling opportunities. And, of course, they’ll all be stopping by to ogle ours too --
Incidentally, MHMC’s own Jess Heitman will be racing!
Tickets for two to all three days of racing -- plus car corral (though the Club’s organized Corral will be held only on Saturday and Sunday) -- are $45, and can be purchased at https://rosecup.com/tickets/ NOTE: When you’ve purchased your ticket, please register with the MHMC event so that we’ll know how many will be joining us. Thanks --)
