The Quartzville Back Country Byway parallels a winding river, offering views of old-growth forests and wildlife, and provides easy access to developed and undeveloped picnic and camping sites. The run includes 12-miles of designated and protected wild and scenic river. After cruising the Byway we will stop for lunch at The Point Restaurant in Sweet Home, Oregon.
After lunch there is a bail-out option providing access to I-5 via Hwy 20. The 4th leg of the run (after lunch) will conclude with a rolling run break up at Hwy 22 and Hwy 213 in Sublimity.
The total run is 128 miles. The I-5 bail-out is at 86 miles
