2021 Cemetery Crawl -- Ghouls, Creepy Things and Miatas It’s time again to visit some of those who preceded us along this mortal coil, and drive along some spooky roads in the process. Yes, Miataites, it’s Cemetery Crawl again – this year we’ll begin and end at Oregon City’s Centennial Park, and spend some time cavorting with pioneers in the neighboring hinterlands. We’ll drive a bunch of miles or so, visit a number of area cemeteries, and see some gorgeous country along the way. And win fabulous prizes aplenty, to wit: 1: Best costume – human 2. Best costume – car 3. Best quiz score (based on the drive and on the cemeteries we’ll be visiting) 4. Maybe more! Awarding of fabulous prizes will occur during lunch, which will enjoy the protection of the Park’s sumptuous General Shelter. A number of participants will be bringing a sack lunch, but there are also a number of commercial sources in Oregon City and elsewhere who will be pleased to provide one (if you buy it ahead of time). Here’s some handy information: Where: 1955 Clackamette Dr, Oregon City, OR 97045 When: Sunday, October 31, 2021. Meet at 9:30 AM.
