PLEASE NOTE: This run has been rescheduled to SUNDAY, APRIL 30, to allow members to attend the Scratch & Ding on Saturday. Spring is just around the corner, and nothing says it better than Lilacs. Join us on a run to Lilac Days 2023 at the Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens in Woodland, WA. The Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens are a restoration project to honor the work of famed lilac developer Hulda Klager. It contains an 1800s house with surrounding buildings and Gardens. It is a National Historic Site. Annually, Lilac Days celebrates the site, Hulda’s work and raises funds to maintain the site.
We will meet at Washougal Starbucks at 9:30 and leave at 10:00 am. There is a $5 entry fee (children under 5 are free). After a little bit of walking around that day, Ro and Joe are planning to head to the Ilani Casino for lunch and you are all welcome to join them.
