Jess Heitman Memorial Zoomer Sauvie Pumpkin Patch Run

In 2017 Jess Heitman led us up and over Skyline and down to Sauvie Island to take in the Fall colors and the annual gourd purchase for the looming Halloween season, as well to experience some twisty Miata roads. Jess passed last year, however in memory of a long time and very supportive member of Mount Hood Miata Club we will re-do this popular run in his honor.

Meet up at 10:30 am in the parking lot of the Peterkort Towne Square near (Sunrise Bagels) at the intersection of Hwy 26 and SW Barnes Rd., Portland for a planned departure at 11:00.

This event will happen regardless of the weather, although we are hoping for mostly dry conditions with an hour or so of driving along with a half hour or so of time to pick your pumpkin(s) and other fresh fall produce.  The run will end with lunch around 1:00 at the McMennamins Rock Creek Tavern.
