TMK CREAMERY -meet the cows - again! Run/Tour/Lunch
Meet at the Wilsonville I-5 Southbound rest stop just after the Boone bridge
(Wilsonville) park in the very back. Saturday, November 9th - meet at
10:00am, leave at 10:20am. Click on the map link for directions.
We will take back roads to the Canby area to visit the TMK Creamery, a working farm (milk, cheeses, and vodka). Mark will share about the cows then will explain how they make Vodka from the leftover Whey. The tour will be at 11:00 for about 45 minutes. Afterwards they have a great gift shop, ice cream and a food cart if you wish to eat there.
Option to travel the back roads to Canby and eat at the Back Stop Pub and Grill. Please RSVP if you want to join. After lunch those that wish to can follow me over the Canby Ferry to have wine tasting at Oswego Hills Winery. Joint run with Columbia Gorge MG Club.
